・For any retakes after the third time for completed audio files, an additional fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for each retake.

Timing of payment
After discussing via email, payment will be confirmed when the client requests production to begin.
Once we have requested to start production, we will issue an invoice promptly. Please make payment within two weeks from the day after the invoice is issued.
Delivery time of the product
Once the client has completed the final check of the audio file, it will be shipped within 7 days.
Special terms regarding returns, etc.
We will not be able to accept returns or refunds unless the content of the delivered work is deemed to be unsuitable for public release due to reasons such as violation of compliance.
